I purchased a vehicle from the owner Sam Kutama on the 24.12.2024 due to sudden unemployment I was unable to facilitate the change of ownership and we had an agreement that I would action this by the end of March 2026, however due to a dispute about a traffic fine, that I was unaware of He wanted to buy the vehicle back for 15000 and I was in dispute as I fixed numerous parts on the vehicle including purchasing new tyres on the vehicle and I advised the owner that if he wanted the vehicle back I wanted 30k and he was not happy about it, in the first week of Feb 2026 he then advised that he would not accept this and he then proceeded to steal the vehicle back to deregister the vehicle and he proceeded to put the vehicle in my name without my knowledge, and he sent me written correspondence to come with the police to his house. Of which I advised that I wanted nothing further to do with any of this as my life is in danger as I don't trust him.
